Tara's Career has spanned over 20 years working for organisations in sales including Mars, Walkers Snack foods and Coors Brewers. She left Coors at Senior Executive level to retrain as a Coach to follow her passion of working with teams and individuals to unleash their potential. She is now a Certified Coach and Authorised Facilitator for Team Coaching using the Team Diagnostic assessment. She is an experienced Trainer and Facilitator bringing passion and fun to whatever she does.

Rhona Anderson MCIPD – Coach

Rhona is a highly effective Executive Coach and is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her experience has been gained working in blue-chip organisations in senior management roles over the past 17 years, both within the airline and hotel industries as well as the NHS.
