How is team coaching different?
The team diagnostic assessment is a unique approach to working with teams that is unlike any in the marketplace. What is unique is that it measures the team as a system, a living dynamic entity that has characteristics that transcend those of the individual members.

A proven model
Teams exist to produce results. Research shows that the most successful teams have the means in place to take action and they build effective relationships to motivate and sustain action. The team diagnostic model is built on two axis: factors that optimize productivity and factors that promote positivity.

What does it measure?
The 80 items in the questionnaire measures 7 positivity strengths and 7 productivity strengths. The combined profile as seen by all team members gives a picture of how the team is functioning.

How does it work?
We will design a programme to suit the team. This will be based on the assessment itself and will include the following:

		Initial discovery session.

		Online completion of the questionnaire by all team members.

		Team feedback session to present the results and for the team to develop an action plan.

		Follow up sessions to maintain momentum.

The feedback session and follow up sessions include a range of exercises to deepen the understanding of the concepts behind the assessment and of the team itself.

The diagnostic can be taken a second time to measure progress.
